Guangdong Guansheng New Materials Co., LTD., the parent company of Guansheng Group, was established in 2001, with its headquarters located in Lecong, Shunde, the industrial hinterland of the Pearl River Delta. In 2007, the group established a large-scale production base, Guangdong Tianjin New Materials Co., LTD., in Gaoming. In 2014, a plasticizer production base, Foshan Guansheng Chemical Co., LTD., was established in Sanshui. In 2017, the group established a testing center in Gaotian Mingjin and obtained the national CNAS laboratory certification. In 2023, a large-scale production base, Anqing Tianjin Plastic Co., LTD., was established in Anhui Province.
The total area of the four major factories under the group exceeds 400 mu. Among them, the annual output of non-toxic plasticizers exceeds 150,000 tons, that of PVC films is nearly 100,000 tons, that of decorative films is over 50,000 tons, that of mesh fabrics is nearly 3 million square meters, and that of drawn mesh fabrics is over 5 million square meters. There are more than 1,000 employees, including over 100 scientific researchers, and more than 150 authorized patents. High-quality products cannot be achieved without advanced production equipment. The group's factory is equipped with over twenty calenders, more than ten printing machines, nearly twenty laminating machines and over fifty other production facilities.

Its main products include PVC film, PVC decorative film, air-blown film, mesh fabric, brushed mesh fabric, electrical tape film, stationery film, bath curtain film, color-changing film, etc. It is a large-scale manufacturing enterprise under the Guansheng Group, specializing in the design, research and development, production and sales of PVC raw materials.
